About Lolo Lullaby

Certified by the Family Sleep Institute, Lolo Lullaby is a pediatric sleep consultancy that specializes in helping develop healthy, developmentally appropriate sleep patterns in children ages 4 months to 6 years.

We believe that while quality rest is the foundation for physical and emotional well-being, there is no one-size-fits-all method for attaining it.

Our approach begins by taking the time to understand each family's unique dynamic and lifestyle. From there, we work to address specific needs and challenges through highly customized sleep strategies that sync with individual parenting styles and philosophies. Our goal is always to help parents develop the skills, knowledge and support to empower long term positive outcomes.

Though based in South Florida, we are able to provide services to families across the country through Skype, phone calls, and email.

About The Founder

Hi! I'm Lauren Wolf, Certified Infant and Child Sleep Consultant behind Lolo Lullaby. I currently reside in Boca Raton, FL with my husband Scott and two daughters, Avery and Zoe. I grew up in the midwest and spent 15 years in New York City.

Just like many of you, I felt completely lost on the subject of sleep when my daughter was born. After a few months of Avery taking 25 minute naps, I contacted a sleep consultant and found myself amazed at all of the information and tools she had given me. Needless to say, I quickly became obsessed with all things sleep.

Despite the bevy of parenting preparation classes out there, I realized that I had known nothing about infant and child sleep. Even my pediatrician didn’t have the detailed information I was looking for. And so I started reading about the immediate and long-term health benefits of sleep, and grew more and more fascinated with the information I was uncovering. With my education on the subject, sleep escalated as my number one priority for my daughter. I simply loved helping her—as well as friends' and family's children—with sleep issues, and knew this was something I had to continue doing.

Finally I decided to take this passion a step further and become certified through the Family Sleep Institute, really immersing myself in comprehensive evidence-based curricula and practical experience through 250 hours of training. It ultimately led me to provide a wide range of families with child sleep information, strategies, and holistic support on the professional level that I craved.

Fun fact: My nephew couldn’t say Lauren when he was younger so my sister-in-law gave me the easier nickname of “Lolo.” Ever since, it's stuck with all my subsequent nieces and nephews!
